How do you handle your anger? Do you yell, scream perhaps? Do you give the silent treatment and ignore the person you’re angry with? Do you go for a walk in fresh air? Have a drink? Throw or break something? Let someone have it with well placed insults and sarcasm? Go on a spending spree? How do you handle your anger? I used to do all of the mentioned. These days, I cry. I cry when I’m angry and upset because I try my best not to disrespect and if I’m vocal about it, it will come out ugly. I cry to release the built up frustration.
